How to Return a Product

If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

 Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to get credited to bank account after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items that are in open or used condition.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, please follow the return procedure above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new product to you. You may be required to pay any price difference between the exchanged item and the new product.

Damaged or Defective Items
